-222 copies on red vinyl (some with black splatter), without sleeve, but with stamped generic inner sleeve, label-logo printed on A-side center-label, plain white on B-side, and a xeroxed lyric insert.
-unknown amount of band copies ("a handful") had a fold-on xeroxed sleeve, with splatter on clear vinyl, one plain blank label and the other with label logo, lyric insert (this).
-three test-pressing copies with both plain white center labels (according to label owner).
