Limited edition of 100 with hand-painted cardstock pocket sleeves [this]. "HV06" is handwritten on the back sleeve.A separate edition of 200 [?] has cardstock pocket sleeves with confetti-style paint-spatters, stamped numbering in the upper right, and "Confetti" hand-written in the centre: back sleeves are blank.
The main edition has a conventionally printed blue-violet photo sleeve.
Issued with an 8-page folded A5 fanzine, Heaven Sent issue 4, a photo postcard, and a small purple and a small Confetti logo sticker.
