70 minutes of material, mostly unreleased from the 1983 recording sessions for "Knees And Bones".

All material was recorded live to cassette in Massapequa, N.Y., at intolerably high volume levels during 1983 and early 1984. So play this disc very loudly. All ticks, clicks and distortion appear on the original cassette.

This repress has black text printed on the front cover and on the back cover insert.
On the limited first edition the text is white.

Some copies have two stickers on the back stating:
