Tracks 1 to 6 and 11 to 13 were recorded at West Sound in August 1993 and 1994.

Tracks 1 to 6 and 12 were originally released on the Halo In A Haystack album in 1994.

Track 11 was originally released on the Soundtrack To The Revolution compilation EP in 1993.

Track 13 was originally released on the Boston Is Burning compilation EP in 1993.

Tracks 7 to 10 were recorded at Salad Days One during the winter of 1994.

Tracks 14 and 15 were recorded at West Sound in the winter of 1991-1992, and originally released on the Where Have All The Flowers Gone? demo in 1992.

Track 15 was also released on the In Our Blood compilation in 1992.

Japan exclusive CD pressing. Housed in a gatefold sleeve and includes an insert with lyrics and information, and second insert with track listing and lyrics in Japanese & interview with Aaron Turner in both English and Japanese.
