The printed tracklist on the inlay and on the back of the booklet (original back of the official vinyl release) is completely wrong, as it was on all vinyl releases. The correct tracklist is printed on the CD, as it was on the label of the LP on the aforementioned official vinyl releases.

Convict was never a band, it was actually another band made in the studio by Cobra Records. According to Gord Kirchin the band existed in reality only with two members: himself, who took over the vocal duties and Conrad Taylor who played all instruments and got writing credits for all songs. The members mentioned on the release (Terry "The Con" Browning, Kim Kennedy, Vic Bradley) are fake.
