Released as the special offer to members of Robert Harrison's Patreon in May of 2019. Due to financial constraints, this was initially released not as a pressed CD, but as a burned CD-R housed in a plain cardboard sleeve with the front and back cover artwork pasted on.

'Buffalo Nickels' is a collection of rarities spanning from 1990, when the group was an experimental outfit featuring cellist Nat Shelton, to 2002, when Cotton Mather originally disbanded. It features several tracks from singles or various artist compilations, as well as many previously unreleased songs.

This release indicates the second run of pressings, which fixed a few mistakes present in the original batch. The first pressing can be found here.
