First pressing (and original mastering) with blue and pale pink jacket. Identifiable by the chunk missing from Dave Laredo's knee on the back of the this pressing (which was repaired on the remastered pressing).

Front photo/snapshot taken by pop art icon Roy Liechtenstein (father of Dave Laredo), credited as "Dad?" This was the only reference ever made to Dave's back-story.
