This is the yellow cover sleeve release variant(This).
There was also a white cover sleeve printed when the print shop ran out of the yellow paper.
The band would print a small number of covers as needed from the local print shop.
There was around 10 or less on the white paper covers printed and distributed.
There was only around 30-50 of these tapes made in total and distributed.

Tracks A5-A7 are extra tracks recorded at rehearsals.
