The Posi-Machine was repressed and released in late October 2012 on "milk colored" vinyl, similar to the original press but with different labels. The new labels are yellow on both sides and list the track info for each respective side. The comic book is printed on matte paper, unlike the earlier press that was printed on glossy paper.

The reissue is limited to 100 copies.
