Issued in a white die-cut card sleeve with hand-written artist and title (in Curll's characteristic style). The front-sleeve photos from the regular edition are pasted onto the front of the sleeve and the back is stamped in green with Class Records' address in Glasgow.

The side B runout inscription continues in the inner portion of the lacquer surface but it is partially obscured by the injection-moulded label. The full text (in ALL CAPS) appears to have been "If Elvis fell in the woods...would Barry White hear hear him scream"

DFI 95-2 SMART 7001 A/B in runouts is stamped, the remainder is etched.
