Limited to 418 handnumbered copies. A sheet with the album title is glued to the frontcover and it comes with a one-sided A4 info sheet.

There is also a box set version of the Tetragrammaton LP limited to 40 copies which includes the Papal Ejaculations bootleg 7" and a magick booklet: Current 93, Sigillum S - Tetragrammaton

The Current 93 track on this record is the early version of "Maldoror is dead" (aka "Maldoror er daudur" and "Maldoror est mort") probably taken off some "Mi-Mort" cassette. It just has the beginning (Crowley loop and drum) running for approximately 30 seconds, abrutly stopping and then after approximately four seconds of silence the full track but in a lower volume. The sound is very bad and dull when compared to later CD reissues.

The Sigillum S track originally appeared on their split cassette with Gerstein.
