The first 1000 copies came with a free 7" of No Hiding From The Blackbird (LAY 6) and a red insert.
Black/white label on side A, red/black label on side B, B side centre label browner. Cover spine brown.
Some copies came with additional merchandising insert.

Later copies come without the 7" and have a darker cover, B side centre label redder and a white insert. Cover spine red.
