Issued with fold-out poster and insert that has credits, etc. printed on one side and a photo of Cynthia on the other.

Original pressing in 1996 had no artist name at all on the sleeve, but Cynthia's name was added for repressings (all on Drag City, same catalog number).

A blank lock groove after track B4 separates the unlisted track (B5) from the rest of the side.
