Issued in brown cardboard sleeve with a sticker affixed on front and back. Contains a 12" picture insert. Tracks position is given the way it displays on sticker. Front is giving the tracklist, while back is displaying the duration per track in seconds as follow:

Some copies were sent as promos with a pink numbered sticker affixed on the barcode and another on labels stating "見本盤", but are not constitutive of a new entry because it's not printed.
