Released in a standard jewel case with obi, 2-page booklet, an additional 2-page booklet that contains Japanese liner notes and bonus tracks credits and depicting DJ Krush live at "Ministry of Sound" in London, an extra Avex Trax mailing card and a folded Dance on the Street club house vol. 13. A unique stamp with a serial number stating "SAMPLE Not for sale" is affixed on back case and the word "SAMPLE" is also engraved on the CD hub.

Release title is showing as "ストリクトリー・ターンテイブライズド" on obi's spine, "Strictly Turntablized" on booklet and back insert, but on back insert' spines it shows only as "Turntablized" and on the black and blue insert, it shows as "Strictry Turntablized".

1st cat# appears on obi's spine, 2nd cat# is to be found on back insert's spines, booklet and CD, while the 3rd cat# is visible on back insert. Timings for bonus tracks are not to be found on release, retrieved using a computer.

Tracks 12 to 14 Recorded and mixed at Show-On Studio, Tokyo.
