The following statement is a description off University of Houston Digital Library ...

"This original "gray tape" by DJ Screw was made to commemorate the birthdays of Screwed Up Click members and brothers Lil' Randy and Ron'O. The music on the tape was chosen by Lil' Randy and DJ Screw and mixed by the latter in his signature "chopped and screwed" style. This original mix was then dubbed onto blank tapes by DJ Screw and sold directly to fans from his home."

This was Lil Randy's Personal tape; it was also Lil Randy's last tape because he got locked up.

Dj Screw inscribed his name, phone number, tape name, and "Fool" on the A & B side label.

Housed in a generic clear casing with a blank track list
