Although simply known as "Public Domain" as per the cover & CDr face, this is "Public Domain 3" mixtape presented by DJ Whoo Kid & Gain Greene, not to be confused with Public Domain 3: Domain Pain, a collection of songs on this mixtape without DJ Whoo Kid's mixing/arrangement contributions, which was offered for sale on iTunes only.

The tracklist on the back of the insert is entirely incorrect, likely an earlier tracklist until the final tracklist as it appears on the CDr was arranged by DJ Whoo Kid. Therefore, the tracklist represents what is present on the CDr using the titles shown on the insert to the best accuracy possible.
