Released in a sturdy black cardboard slipcase with printed b/w stickers on the front and back.

Tracks 2 and 9 previously released on DMDN, The Haters - Death Pact 3.
Track 3 was previously released on Various - Harsh Ears Now ! ! and later on Various - The Midas Tapes Complete 1986 - 1991.
