Orange sleeve made from two somewhat over-sized hand-trimmed sheets of paper. (Several sleeve colors exist.)

Posthumous release: all versions have "Mission is terminated..." on the back sleeve.

Recorded and mixed on Halloween 1984 @ Urania Studios.
Printed insert with Hard Core Horror Records catalog.
