On the Amplifier album and the Caroline Skies 7" single, Zulu Records incorrectly gives writing credits for Caroline Skies to Jordan Luck and Dance Exponents whereas on all other Exponents records featuring the song, and in the APRA/AMCOS Works Search, the writing credit is correctly given solely to Jordan Luck.

The CD label on this CD also incorrectly credits the writer of Brand New Doll as Jordan Luck. As per the Dance Exponents - Brand New Doll single and the APRA/AMCOS Works Search, the correct writers are Melvin Jones/Jordan Luck.

Dance Exponents - Brand New Doll which features only on this CD release of Amplifier, was not co-produced by Doug Rogers and John Jansen. It was recorded at a later session, produced by Doug Rogers and engineered by Rhys Moody.
