Daniel Sanders - Electrical Music FourQuite A Few More Home Recordings 2017-2022
Side A
For Manuel - Guitar and synth, reminded me of a certain German musician.
Spiral - two guitars, one playing a repeating pattern, one embellishing.
Interlude Two
Swell - a solo electric guitar piece
Interlude Three - Korg Synth
Spectrale - two guitars
Interlude Four - maybe an old Roland synth.
For Derek - solo guitar on one of the New Complexity guitars. I think it was the Reso Harp.
Side B
This is a test. I liked the electronic stuff in the background, which I don’t remember making.
Reso Harp Improvisation - one track guitar improvisation recorded on a Tascam 388.
Interlude Five - half-working Akai Sampler and an ECM record.
Corona Lounge - a Univox drum machine, some guitar, bass and synth.
Improvisation for two harmonic prototypes - Two track improvisation on one of the New Complexity prototype guitars. The guitar is pictured in the bottom row of the other album insert.
Shivering Timbres - Jupiter 6 synthesizer and ambient sound.
Interlude Six - bass in the dungeon
Midi 9 - A theme for synthesizer with minor variations.
Hungarian Swimming Executive Theme - I was commissioned by a Hungarian swimming executive to create a theme for him when he goes onstage to speak at governing body events and to use in his social media. This is what I came up with.
Most of these tracks were recorded in my apartment in Downtown Los Angeles between 2015 and 2020, except for the first track (2022).
