Tracks 1-04 and 2-09 taken from the Popsamling album (2000).
Track 1-05 was recorded live at Skanderborg Festival (2004). The original was released on the Hallo Hvor Det Koger album (2005).
Tracks 1-08, 2-06 and 2-13 are previously unreleased and was recorded at Skanderborg Festival (2005).
Track 1-12 was recorded live at Godset, Kolding (2001) and is taken from the Live 2001 album (2001).
Tracks 1-14, 2-01, 2-07, 2-12 are taken from the Så Længe Vi Er Her album (1995).
Tracks 2-08 is taken from the Sig Mig ... Er De Klar Over, Hvem Vi Var? album (1997).
Track 2-10 was recorded live at Torvehallerne, Vejle Nov. 2003 and is taken from the Hallo Hvor Det Koger album (dvd version) (2005).
