Comes either in a silver Re-load company or a silver generic sleeve with the print "Made In Belgium".
Both versions have a die-cut centre hole on both sides. Inner sleeve is white with one centre hole (front) only.
Some copies have a sticker on the sleeve which includes the graphics credit.
