This is the group's 9th album with their most standard line up.
Album has what appears to be the same two track titles from 1980 Almost Midnight album (http://www.discogs.com/David-The-Giants-Almost-Midnight/release/5174613) - "Almost Midnight" and "Borrowed Time" - although these would be new recordings.

Can see in run-out area on side 2, they initially wrote the wrong catalog number and then tried to scribble it out. You can just see what they tried entering in ie: 7-01-6825388-X-B - which matches no known catalog number/album.

As per liner notes, the Album title comes from Track A2. The track title "He's Got It Under Control" is a paraphrase of biblical verse Psalm 23:4.
