Identical to other release David Bowie - Outside / Earthling / Hours / Heathen / Reality, with the exception that this version does not have a "Columbia Records" logo together with the ISO and Sony BMG logos in the bottom. This release also has slightly different matrices.

10 discs in 5 mini LP replica sleeves.

CD1 is the original full length album, as released on CD in 1995, even if the replica cover borrows the artwork of the edited album "Excerpts From Outside", as it was released on Vinyl in 1995.

Tracks 4-12 & 4-13: Recorded live in Amsterdam 1997.
Track 8-3: Written 1969; Re-recorded 2002.
Track 8-4: Outtake from a 1979 recording.

Track 4-11 is listed on the release as "I'm Afraid Of Americans (Nine Inch Nails V1 Clean Edit)" but the disc actually plays the edit of the original, un-remixed album version that first appeared on The Radio Edits. That version is titled "Original Edit" on the I'm Afraid Of Americans promo cd and that title has been used here.
