In August '72 Bowie staged a couple of special shows known as "The Ziggy Stardust Shows", including the Lindsey Kemp mime troup and a specially built stage. This is a release of the only known tape of one of these shows. The sound quality is so-so.
Recorded 1972-08-19.

The bonus tracks are mostly BBC recordings, but some studio outtakes as well.

'Something Happens' is actually 'Something Happens When You Touch Me', a song written and performed by Colin Blunstone.
'Don't Be Afraid' is actually a demo (called Oh! Darlin') by the band Czar.
