Live recordings (A1 - A4 and B2 - B5) are taken from 16th November 1973 US TV Midnight Special episode "The 1980 Floor Show". Mixture of fully live and live vocal to backing tracks. Recorded on the 18th, 19th and 20th August 1973 at The Marquee Club, 90 Wardour Street, Soho, London.

Album includes gimmicks and voice overs between the tracks, including among other things an advert for Hires, America's favorite root beer and a portion of the Marx Brothers "Everyone Says I Love You" from the movie 'Horse Feathers'.
