If the whole single was purchased and downloaded, this extra file would be packaged together with the other 2 files. If you had already purchased the whole single before, you could redownload it on that day to get the extra file at no extra cost.
The "title" tag for the downloaded FLAC file only reads "Treasure 1/9" with no indication of what it is. However, in the press material, which was presenting a treasure hunt for these bonuses, the following was stated as a hint:
"A spirit calls within the night, its first whispers hide from sight. Get a unique insight in the thought process behind the song, and listen to a demo of how its creator originally intended this song to sound like." As such, "demo" demonstrate that the bonus is a demo of the "Spirit Of The Night". This is why track 3 is called "Spirit Of The Night (Demo)" and not "Treasure 1/9".
