"Edge Of Nothing" was originally released on The Elephant Table Album (A Compilation Of Difficult Music) 2LP (X Tract, 1983). Both tracks presented here are new mixes of the original material, done in January 2003.

The sleeve illustration is an isometric image of a WW1 British machine gun emplacement taken from an original drawing made by a member of 23 Field Company, Royal Engineers in February 1918.
