Recorded at Egg Studios, Seattle and Hyde Street Studios, San Francisco. The original guitar and vocal tracks on Track 10 were recorded at Utopia Studio, Harpenden, England by Juan Jose Lopez.

All songs written by David Lewis except 5, 8, 11 which are by John Wesley Harding and David Lewis, and 12 which is by John Owen (1836-1915), translated from the Welsh by Sir H. Idris Bell, and with additional lyrics and music by David Lewis.
