This is among the last in a series of pieces around parallel performances of self-similar materialin which transitions occur on the periphery of the interaction between parts. Other pieces are "Dialog and Disparity" (OP 2)"Still Life with boiling water" (released in LP form by Generations Unlimited in collaboration with Electrecord in Bucharest, Romania), and parts of "From Chance to Probability" (DPLP 02).
