Picture disc LP comes in plain black die-cut sleeve, with lyric insert included.

Bonus 7" single comes in plain light blue dust sleeve, includes 2 different versions of "Worst Song". Side A contains a version with Yuji Adachi (Yuji "You" Adachi) on guitar. Side B contains another version with their previous guitarist Takahiro Kagawa, who left the band during the recording of "Deadline". The Side A "You" version is included as a bonus track on the later CD reissues of "Deadline". The Side B "Kagawa" version can only be heard on this 7" single.
