First version of sleeve with the credit "Inner Sleeve: Biafra and Mark Pauline" between the Bruce Slesinger credit and the Model: Joann Maass credit. Sleeve is printed on high-gloss paper, unlike later pressings which are on a more standard matte finish paper.

For matrix variant 2: the first "299" on each side is very faint, with about 4cm space before the second 299 on the A-side, and about 3cm of space on the B-side.
