Comes in a manila tri-fold cardboard sleeve, to which the CD is attached by a clear rubber spindle.

This CD is a remastered version of the original 12-inch single-sided vinyl version of '8/2/82'.

According to the Dischord Records website, this release is also 'Dischord 161.5', but this catalog number does not appear anywhere on the release itself.
