This original non-promo official version of this demo is apparently the only version with Mark Vincent on bass, since he replaced Mark Stavola (after Mark Vincent auditioned for the band while they were in Atlantic City recording this demo) who plays bass on the also 1990 promo demo version and the 2017 double cd lists the "Psycho Drama" demo bassist as Nick Douglas (meaning bass tracks were re-recorded for that release although this was not mentioned in the very informative and very extensive booklet that came with the deluxe double cd, except for his being credited as the bassist on this demo)

The credits on the paper j-card include the band and management's NJ. addresses.
Professional chrome I black cassette with full silver print on both sides.

While the j-card lists songs 4 and 5 as 1 song (Burial Dream......Requiem) both sides of the cassette have song #4 printed as being 2 individual songs, with the short instrumental outro song Requiem Separately as it is on their double cd comp. as well. That 2017 release shows demo as 6 songs with the short intro to the first song Good As Dead being individually titled Asylum Awaits.
