The contents of this version are the same as others. The font used on the cover and the text is different than the other versions. The font on the back cover and spine is different, and has the Death logo on the spine. The spine reads "#1 #2 & Rehearsal Demos", not "Demos #1 #2 & 1984 Rehearsal". The liner notes are in a different font and have different contents. The framing on the the front and back cover art is different, and the back is slightly vertically stretched. The tray card is not printed and is plain white.
