Limited edition of Death Dust Extractor - Chainsaw Mayhem88 copies were issued in a different coloured sleeve and with a protective mylar bag with a sticker on it. Also came with a Death Dust Extractor sticker contained within the cover.
All copies were hand stamped and numbered (on the back cover)
VOX POPULI 002 appears as the release number on the center labels and VOX-002 appears in the runout etchings.
Lacquer cutting information was derived from the runout etchings.
