It's hard to say when this would have been produced. In 1995 Opium Shuffle was released under the original name Dead Elvis as a single. So there is some potential for this cassette demo tape to have been produced prior to that release. However this is headed under the name Death In Vegas which they didnt change to until after the original release of Opium Shuffle. However Opium Shuffle was released in the debut album Dead Elvis in 1997 so this cassette would have been produced at the very least prior to then. Hence the circa date of 1994-1997.

As a point of note the Dead Elvis single Opium Shuffle has the Mix entitled Death In Vegas Mix
This Death In Vegas demo tape has the mix Entitled Dead Elvis Mix. A role reversal.
