Limited Edition of 999 hand-numbered copies worldwide.
Each boxset contains 6 x 7" and an action figure of Steve Sylvester (this entry is for the "Blood" action figure). Each 7" is housed in a fold out cover with a black sleeve.

During the pre-order there was the chance to choose between 3 different action figures of Steve Sylvester (different make up and dress color): the "Blood", the "Zombie" and the "Heavy Demons" one. The "Blood" and "Zombie" were available only during the preorder, all the boxsets purchased off the preorder have the "Heavy Demons" action figure.

All the boxsets numbered under 100 were distributed with a special T-Shirt that celebrates the box set, signed and numbered by Steve Sylvester himself.

All the copies sold during the preorder were also distributed with a full set of the 7" labels as a gift.
