Official licensed edition from Lucifer Rising. On cover is reported "ΔO ΩHAT THOΥ ΩIΛT" as album name, a translation of "Do What Thou Wilt" with some words in greek alphabet, and "In Death Of Steve Sylvester" under the band logo, this words are missing on first italian edition.

There is a hidden bonus track (The Holy Mountain) after 5:40 of silence at the end of track 10. Silence is split in 81 small track of 4 seconds, the hidden track is on position #93.
