Limited edition picture disc, the complete package includes one black/violet sticker with credits and barcode and one SIAE certification tag.
Tracks B1 and B2 are Black Widow cover.

Due to a pressing plant error, few copies were printed with the cover/picture disc paper of actual Side A (the band) reversed, resulting in having the pentagram drawing with "Vampire" track as Side A.

"Come To The Sabbat" is erroneously credited to Jim Gannon on the credit sticker and miswritten as "Come To The Sabbath"
