This is the first pressing of this release.The record and DVD come housed in a gatefold cover. Included with the release was a double-sided folded insert and a digital download coupon for the four songs on the record.
All tracks on the vinyl and DVD were mastered at Noise Room Studio.

Two out of these four songs were previously released for digital charity benefits, but the other two songs were completely unreleased. These four songs were recorded at Shimokitazawa Yaneura in 1989 during the same recording session for Various - Game Of Death. Each member of the band recorded vocals for one of the four songs. These songs were edited at Studio Our House.

The DVD contains footage from the late 1980's and into the 1990's, complied with current interviews with the members.

DVD-2, DVD-4, DVD-5, and DVD-7 were recorded at Inkstick Shibaura on July 16th in 1989.
DVD-3, DVD-6, DVD-9, DVD-10, and DVD-13 were recorded at Hard Core Nyabinghi at Mikasa Park on August 30th in 1993.
DVD-8 was recorded at Toshima Public Hall on July 17th in 1988.
DVD-11 was recorded at Namiki Junction on August 14th in 1990 at the Gudon Last 2Days gigs.
DVD-12 was recorded in Hiroshima in August 1987 on the Bloody Summer Tour.
DVD-14 was recorded on August 17th in 2020 at the Burning Spirits ~ Day With Chelsea gig.
