Promotional CD-r, issued in a plain paper sleeve. Released alongside other Dismal Records promo/samplers in 2006, intended to promote the upcoming Funeral Pyre compilation 12" vinyl, planned for release by Dismal Records / Hells Headbangers Records. This vinyl actually ended up never happening, and the Funeral Pyre demos were eventually released on CD by Dismal Records / PsychoSlaughter Records in 2012.However, the Funeral Pyre rehearsal from June 6th 1996 (6/6/96) was not included on the 2012 CD. Aside from this promo it has never been released any other time before or after.
