3-song Promotional Cassette EP of the material that would later become "The Wake" 7" EP, as well as an additional bonus track recorded during the same sessions. Aside from the 2 versions of this Promo, the song was never released anywhere else until the "Creation of Sin" compilation CD.

Clear tapes with a hand-written A-Side cassette label on tan paper. Comes with a J-Card on matching tan paper, with a hand-written Decrepit logo and "Promo '94" written on the spine.
