Additional notes concerning the bootleg origin:
A copy cassette of the audio track from the video did sneak out in Japan where it was first issued on bootleg CD as one of a series of Deep Purple CDs all featuring similar silver-titled covers.
It was also later issued as a coloured vinyl bootleg ("Purple Storm" DP 023).
