Initial version comes in an outside laminated gatefold sleeve.On labels:
• NO boxed EMI brand at 9 o’clock.
• At 10 o’clock beginning of rimtext reads: “THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD.”
• “MADE IN GT. BRITAIN” at bottom of label.
Later versions have a boxed EMI brand above the Harvest wording.

Sleeve appears to be identical on 1st pressings and later reissues on Harvest.
Outer gatefold opens vertically to reveal the full Hieronymus Bosch painting ‘Hell’ - the third panel of ‘The Garden of Earthly Delights’ c. 1490–1510.
Next version from the early 70s has also “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” at 10 o’clock, and “Made in Gt. Britain” at 6 o’clock.
Later version states “EMI Records Ltd.” at 10 o’clock and “Made in Gt. Britain” on the outer rim at 4 o’clock.
