Label details:

✻ Side indicator on the left of the spindle hole, catalogue number on the right.
✻ Tracklist centered below the spindle hole.
✻ STEREO in all caps at the bottom, just above the rim text and disposed like the rim text itself, i.e. not completely horizontally.
✻ Rim text starts at 8 o'clock, ends at 4 o'clock and reads: © 1968 Tetragrammaton Records (a subsidiary of the Campbell Silver Corporation). Made in U.S.A.
✻ Track A4 is listed as “Faultline” (on the sleeve it's “Fault Line”), its duration (5:34) includes also track A5, which is not numbered.

Variations from the other two US releases with the same Unipak sleeve currently in database:
Deep Purple – Monarch pressing with variant fonts on the labels;
Deep Purple – undisclosed pressing with variant labels, e.g. tracklist aligned to left, 'stereo' printed horizontally and in a variant font just below.

The other US releases currently in database are all later pressings with either gatefold or single sleeve.

On the sleeve, track A3 title is spelled as: Laleña.
