This second edition of the album was released two years after the original edition due to the belated success of the single "Silence". Track 10, "Window To Your Soul", replaces the track "Koran" from the 1997 edition, which was removed due to sample clearance issues.

Sticker on cover states: Limited Edition 2 x CD Set includes Silence (Fade Remix) plus exclusive unreleased remixes + rarities.
