J-card case. Artwork insert is in thin card without spine edge. This is enclosed in a special wrap-around sleeve of translucent art paper with a 'flower style' or 'ribbon' opening on inside face which is sealed with an orange "Delirious?" sticker. This art paper covering gives the artist and release title (not found on the card underneath), and gives the insert its spine to show through the plastic case and barcode.

This is the first edition of the single.
A second issue, White Ribbon Day, featuring a standard artwork insert with the title and logo printed directly on the cover followed.
