Two different editions of AOM were published simultaneously by IRRE Tapes (Germany) and Audiofile Tapes (US), which included separate / unique mixes of the final track on the cassette "Chorion-Biopsie". Both mixes of the track have been preserved on this reissue.

Despite the credits listed, the CD edition of this release was pressed using Dieter Mauson's initial version of the remaster. The digital edition (download code included) was remastered by Grant Richardson.
